Gym Floor

Our gym offers over 80 pieces of modern, easy-to-use fitness machines guaranteed to put you through your paces and give your well being a boost. We have an impressive range of brand new Precor equipment installed in December 2016 including Bikes, X Trainers, Treadmills, Resistance & Strength equipment and Concept 2 Rowers. The gym also boasts the ability to view TV via the personal viewing screens on the CV kit. These touch screen displays also have iPod connectivity so you can watch and listen to your own music. Just don’t forget to work out when you’re on them.





The Qube is our Functional Training Room which houses our new Queenax training rig, Kettle Bells, Vipers, and Core Bags which develops strength, endurance, mobility and core stability. The Qube is available for gym users at all times outside of programmed classes to support and enhance their training options and programs. We also have a new ‘Small Group Exercise Program’ which offers TRX and FST (Functional Strength Training) classes led by our qualified instructors. The Qube is available for our Personal Trainers to use with their clients.




Group Exercise Classes

Whether your aim is to burn calories, build core strength or increase your flexibility Wellington Fitness Club offers an extensive programme of over 90 group exercise classes to meet your needs. Our group exercise classes include Pilates, Ladies Circuit Training, Spinning & Bellicon. Members are able to book a week in advance online by phone or at Reception. Classes are free to members (subject to your membership category). Non-members are welcome to attend. The fee per class is £8.00. Non-members can book only 2 days in advance and pay at the time of booking.
