Wellington Health & Fitness Club is a well-established leisure facility that has approximately 2,800 members. We also accommodate the College’s PE and Sports programme for 1,000+ pupils throughout the academic year. The Club is set within the beautiful grounds of Wellington College and offers fantastic opportunities to improve well-being and quality of life.

You will be responsible for the provision of excellent customer service and the day to day operation of the Club. This will include cleaning, maintenance and area preparation throughout and ensuring safety in the pool area through excellent lifeguard practices. Training will also be provided in other operational areas of the Club such the Café / Bar and Reception.
Casual Bar Staff
We are seeking to appoint a group of enthusiastic and customer focused Casual Bar Staff who will be responsible for the provision of excellent customer service within the Café / Bar. We are offering multiple positions for this vacancy.
Group Exercise Instructors
As a Class Instructor, you will maintain excellent customer service and focus at all times. Meeting customer expectations and therefore ensuring repeat business is essential! This will include being available to the customers both before and after the sessions to answer queries, motivate and guide.
