Group fitness and exercise has been a passion of mine since my late teens. I believe you should enjoy every single training session you have and for it to be a learning experience about what your body can do. As well as helping you to reach your health and fitness goals, I strive to make every client feel comfortable in their own skin at whatever stage they are at in their own personal journey. Regular exercise not only improves your health, but can boost your confidence, self-esteem and self worth which are all factors I love to help people with.

I do not believe in restrictive diets and workout regimes that require you to completely change your lifestyle. Working together, we will find out what type of training works best for you and your body and work on banishing the negative thoughts you have about yourself and your body. I will do my utmost to help you think and feel positively about your body image. Happiness with your body is always the ultimate end goal that I have for my clients.
