A new week brings a new blog, and in this edition we have plenty to share with you including Zoom and On-Demand updates, as well as some staff lockdown profiles.

We are glad so many of you are enjoying our zoom classes and keeping active. The timetable for next week’s classes can be found via the following link. There are a few changes: Ingrida will be instructing resistance bands at 18:00 on Thursday and Ellie will be taking Barre at 12:30 on Thursday, instead of Stretch and Release.

As always, if you are unable to attend theses classes or feel like doing a few more, we have a variety of pre-recorded videos on our ‘On Demand’ webpage. This week we have been able to provide some new additions, including 4 new workouts with our instructors and 2 Les Mills classes. You can find these classes with the following link. For many people, this third lockdown is posing much harder than the previous ones. Our staff feel the same way and largely put this down to the weather and the length of time we have been in this situation. One of the reasons our members enjoy their time at the club so much is due to the community feel it provides, so to help you feel like you are still part of this community we have created some staff profiles so you can see what we are up to. This week, we want to share the profiles of Fitness Instructor and Studio Coordinator, Ellie Goswell, as well as long-term Duty Manager, Josh Cheung. See below for their staff profiles, and the actions they have been taking to get through the daily challenges of lockdown life.
