Ingredients

1 cup of dried quinoa, (alternatively use brown rice) washed & steamed until tender.
1 cup of tinned aduki beans
2 grated carrots

Dressing

1/4 cup non dairy milk
1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 teaspoon herbs*
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
1 teaspoon garlic salt

Siracha to taste.
* I used thyme

 

 

Method

1) Combine cooked quinoa, beans and carrots in a bowl.


2) Mix the milk and the apple cider together and leave for 5 minutes during which it will curdle, add the herbs and salts to the dressing.


3) Serve with green salad, pork and drizzled cream sauce and Siracha
