This is a simple smoothie anyone can make at home. To make this tasty treat you will need a blender, 1 banana, 1 orange, 45 grams of frozen berries and 30 grams of oats.
After this add a few cubes of ice and fill ¼ of water. Whizz this all up in a blender in till it turns into this tasty looking smoothie.
Have this after some exercise to boost your energy up again so you can go another day!
