Ingredients

1-2 TBLspoon chia seeds
Blueberries
Strawberries
Sliced banana
Coconut yoghurt
Walnuts

Step One

Slice the strawberries
and heat the blueberries to soften and generate some sauce.

Mix the chia seeds And yoghurt together.

Step Two

Add the yoghurt mix to the strawberries and walnuts

Step Three

Add more yoghurt, the blueberries and finish with the sliced banana.

Make chia pudding the day before and place it in fridge overnight.

Benefits Chia seeds are a great source of omega 3 oils and fibre.  They are excellent for brain health (omega-3 fats), bone heath (calcium) and digestive heath (fibre).  Plus the health promoting anti-oxidants from all the fruit.  Walnuts also good for heart health.
