Ingredients

Just three simple ingredients for a tasty snack.

Avocado, rice cakes and Nutritional yeast.

Step One

Peel, stone and crush the avocado.

Place the mash on the rice cake and top with some of the nutritional yeast.

Step Two

Bottom left is avocado and cayenne which will add a little heat.

Top right avocado and nutritional yeast. 

Benefits

The rice cake is made from brown rice which is high in fibre great for the digestive system.

The avocado is a monosaturated fat which helps to keep the heart healthy.

Nutritional Yeast contains B vitamins which are great for brain health.

All round a very nutritious and tasty snack.
