As a former elite gymnast with six British medals and international competition experience representing Great Britain, I have developed a deep understanding of strength, mobility, and performance training. My background has given me a strong foundation in body mechanics, injury prevention, and functional movement, which I now use to help others build strength, confidence, and resilience.

I believe fitness should be both enjoyable and challenging. My training style focuses on a combination of functional strength, plyometrics, and flexibility, tailored to suit individual goals.
