About Me
I am a Level 6 Personal Trainer (Advanced Health and Fitness Specialist) with over two decades of experience in the fitness industry. I believe that health and fitness should be an enjoyable experience, with an emphasis on improving physical and mental longevity.
My Approach
Holding a degree in Sports Management and various Boxing/Martial Art qualifications, I’ve had the privilege of working with elite-level athletes across a range of sports. I specialise in using Boxing, Kettlebells, and Weight Training to prepare individuals for Sporting Events.
As a working dad myself, I understand the challenges of balancing work, family, and fitness. That’s why I focus on efficient, full-body workouts that emphasise functional movements, designed to build real-world strength and conditioning.
Let’s Work Together
With experience working with beginners, gym haters, and individuals preparing for sporting events, I’m here to help. Reach out, and let’s collaborate to achieve your fitness goals.

About Me
In 2007 I started working in gyms alongside my university course. I have built a career working across a varied range of gyms; from large commercial sites to small independent and community gyms. I enjoy studying different styles of training to develop my knowledge base and support members.
I have had the opportunity to train a wide range of people, I am very proud that this incudes a 4x Para World Champion and Paralympic Gold Medal Cyclist
My Approach
I want to get you moving. For those who spend their days at a desk I feel it is important to get away from machines. Using bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells and other equipment to replicate day to day movements to build strength and fitness. I like to use circuits or supersets in my sessions to utilise your time in the gym.
Let’s Work Together
I want you to enjoy your training and develop new skills so that you can walk into any gym and train with confidence. I’m not here to count your reps for you!

About Me
With experience competing in strongman competitions for Rebel Strength and supporting athletes at CrossFit events, I bring a passion for strength and performance training to my personal coaching. I have helped clients achieve a range of goals, from aesthetics and muscle gain to sport-specific conditioning and strength development.
My Approach
Consistency is key to seeing results, but I believe true progress starts with a strong mindset. Mental well-being plays a crucial role in fitness, and I strive to create a positive and motivating gym experience. Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle toning, or strength building, I design tailored training programmes to help you achieve your ideal physique.
Let’s Work Together
Having personally experienced both fat loss and muscle gain journeys for my own goals and sports performance, I understand the ups and downs of the process. If you’re ready to take control of your gym journey, get in touch today—let’s make your goals a reality!
