200g plain flour
Make the pastry by rubbing the fat into the flour until it resembles breadcrumbs. Add a little milk to bind, chill for 20 mins. Roll out your pastry and line an 8-inch pie dish. Cook blind for 20 mins 160 degrees fan oven.
Cut the broccoli into small florets and cook until tender. Whisk eggs and milk, add salt & pepper. When the pastry case is ready layout the broccoli florets, crumble the cheese around, then pour the egg mixture to cover.
