I knew I wanted to be a fitness instructor since the very first time I stepped into the gym 7 years ago. It was like a light bulb moment and I am so grateful for that because I absolutely love my job. It is amazing to be able to help people improve their health, work on their fitness goals, as well as their body confidence. I am so lucky to be a part of Wellington College, bringing my passion and energy into the club and making sure people’s fitness journeys are exciting and fun.

I am a very motivated person with my interests and anything that I do in my life, especially when it comes to helping people. I always make sure people feel welcomed and listened to. I am a huge fan of self-development, as well as fitness, and I believe that understanding your mind and body is just as important as going to the gym and completing your daily exercise.
