JUNIOR GYM USAGE
Following completion of a junior gym induction the gym is also available to junior members aged 11-15 who are welcome to make full use of our Precor cardio-vascular equipment; resistance area and the QUBE, our specialised functional fitness studio during junior member gym times (a copy of which are found below).
We have a diverse team of instructors who will be available during the junior gym times to support our younger gym users and to reinforce positive exercise habits.
A bespoke programme can be designed and worked through with any of the fitness team and can greatly help with a range of sporting activities. A programme can be designed at any point, feel free to ask a member of the fitness team for more information.
JUNIOR GYM INDUCTIONS
Prior to using the gym we ask each junior member to complete a gym induction. The junior gym induction consists of three sessions with a member of the fitness team lasting an hour each.
The induction will cover the complete range of gym equipment and will explain how to use each machine safely and effectively.
