ALL CLASSES ARE FREE TO GOLD CARD MEMBERS. Off peak Gold Members are subject to a non-member fee outside of their membership. As a member you are able to book The Qube small group exercise classes a week in advance either in person at reception, over the phone or now online.
Non members are welcome to attend. The fee per class is £4 (does not inc. access to the gym). Non members can book only 2 days in advance and pay at the time of booking.

TRX3 – Queenax rig
Best-in-class workout system that delivers a fast, effective total-body workout. Simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. Helps build a rock-solid core. Increases muscular endurance utilising your own body weight. Benefits people of all fitness levels and abilities. Includes strength and conditioning as well as stretching and toning.
FST3 – Functional Strength Training
Combination of intense exercises using TRX, Viprs, Core Bags and Kettlebells for a whole body workout. Improves strength, toning and conditioning. This class will also incorporate the Queenax.
A class aimed to help burn body fat, improve cardiovascular fitness, build core strength and help relieve stress. The class uses different training methods, from pad-work to body weight exercises. Suitable for all abilities.
KB – Kettlebells
Kettlebells are cast iron weights shaped like a ball with a handle for easing gripping. This class offers a different kind of training using dynamic moves targeting almost every aspect of fitness including strength, balance, agility and cardio endurance.
