Whether you need to get in shape in time for your next skiing holiday or you fancy making new friends and improving your fitness in relaxing surroundings, we have the course for you.

That's because Wellington Health & Fitness Club's range of adult courses includes laid-back yoga and pilates to the more intensive Cardio Wave ski fit – all run with experienced qualified instructors so you can get the most out of these activities.

There's also plenty for the little ones too, whether they fancy working on their tennis skills, gaining confidence in the pool or trying their hand at rock climbing.

Our junior courses offer a progressive range of development programmes improving skills while having a lot of fun at the same time.
