The Total Body Gym offers over 80 pieces of modern, easy-to-use fitness machines guaranteed to put you through your paces and give your wellbeing a boost.
Our impressive range of state-of-the-art gym equipment includes treadmills, cross trainers, cycles, Cardio Waves, Versa Climbers and rowers, so we really do have something for every fitness enthusiast or new member to enjoy.
The gym also boasts the ability to listen to TVs or radio stations via a mobile radio unit available from reception - perfect if you've forgotten your MP3 player.
Our aerobic area has mainly Precor and Technogym equipment. Our resistance kit, meanwhile, is three fold; the first is provided by Technogym for those who want a serious workout.
For those who want a simpler workout, we have air assisted Keiser equipment that increases in single increments; finally there is a rack of dumb bells ranging from 1kg to 32kg.
To supplement the aerobic and resistance area we also have equipment to work the abdominals with a rack of Fitballs, Bosu, and stability pads. The gym also boasts the latest in vibration technology - a Powerplate - to ensure that you get the maximum from your workout.
